Lawyer

A dual American and French citizen, admitted to the Paris Bar in 1979, she practices international business law. In July 2011, she founded the firm Artus Wise with a team of French lawyers specializing in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and international business transactions, such as joint ventures, consortia, French and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and French and European commercial law.

Her practice is highly diversified and includes negotiating aircraft leasing contracts, hydrocarbon and mining development and production agreements, and transnational joint venture and consortium agreements.
