After several professional experiences in corporate finance departments, including PSA Peugeot-Citroën (2006) and Van Cleef & Arpels (New York, 2007), Johanna practiced law at the firm Reinhart Marville Torre (2008–2011) before joining SBL in December 2011.

Johanna primarily focuses on corporate and personal taxation, with particular expertise in international and wealth tax. She advises the firm’s clients (executives, shareholders, and groups) on both advisory and litigation matters.

Her practice includes the structuring and reorganization of groups, international taxation, international mobility of individuals (repatriation, expatriation, exit tax), and the management of tax audits. She also has significant experience in the regularization of assets held abroad.
