With dual Italian and French citizenship, Sara practiced law in Italy for three years before moving to Paris and joining SBL in 2016.

With extensive expertise in corporate law, commercial law, and international investments, she advises French and international clients from the initial incorporation of their companies in France, handling both routine and exceptional transactions.

Sara has also developed expertise in association law.
