Lawyer

As an employment lawyer, Noémie has developed a practice dedicated to supporting companies and executives on all their social issues, both in an advisory and litigation capacity, with a particular focus on occupational health and safety and psychosocial risks.

Driven by a strong interest in these issues, she devoted several years to writing her doctoral thesis, entitled “Psychosocial Risks in the Context of Individual and Collective Labor Relations.”

Conducted between 2012 and 2016, this research was carried out concurrently with teaching positions in general private law and employment law at the University of Paris-Est Créteil and in business schools, contributing to the development of a rigorous yet resolutely practical approach to social issues.

She began her career working with insolvency practitioners as an employment law specialist, intervening in sensitive corporate restructuring and rescue situations. She then joined SBL as a lawyer between 2019 and 2021 before developing her practice with companies in various sectors, including hospitality, restaurants, luxury goods, healthcare, and technology. She rejoined SBL’s employment law department in 2024, where she handles cases with national and international implications.

She regularly advises executives, particularly on annual work schedules based on days worked, and on issues related to working time organization, compensation, and occupational health.

In addition, Noémie acts as an agent for artists and authors in the film and music industries.
