Partner Attorney

From the beginning of her career in law firms, Bénédicte developed a litigation practice in employment and criminal law.

She founded her own firm in 1997 and continued to collaborate with renowned lawyers on high-profile and sensitive cases.

In 2005, she partnered with Michel Zaoui and developed a practice in two main areas: media law, advising press companies and journalists, and employment law, assisting businesses and numerous executives during their departures.

In 2015, she joined SBL as head of the employment law department.

For over 30 years, she has provided daily support to companies in her advisory role, as well as in strategic litigation related to employment and criminal law.

Over the years, Bénédicte has developed genuine partnerships with clients, enabling her to gain a deeper understanding of their businesses, operations, and expectations, and thus provide responsive and appropriate solutions to their challenges.

She is also currently an accredited mediator with CMAP-ESCP.
